Delete Account & Data
We respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and all associated data from our systems.
How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your account and all associated data, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@opexcraft.com
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include the email address associated with your account
- Optionally, provide a reason for deletion (this helps us improve our services)
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon your request, we will permanently delete the following data:
- Your account information (email, username, profile data)
- Your video projects and associated files
- Your preferences and settings
- Your usage history and analytics data
- Any other personally identifiable information
Processing Time
We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted from our systems.
Data Retention
Please note that some data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records for accounting). Such data will be securely stored and will not be used for any other purpose.
In-App Deletion (Android)
You can also delete your account directly from the app:
- Open CT Pro Video app
- Go to Settings
- Select "Account"
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision
